Letak kegagalannya karena bocornya si butter pas lipatan ke-2. Sempat menyerah dan malas bikin lagi, tapi mungkin karena udah malem dan capek, akhirnya berhenti dan dilanjut besok harinya. Bela-belain bersiin dough yang terlanjur nyampur dgn butter…&lt;br /&gt;Dan akhirnya setelah ditelatenin, jadi juga meskipun kurang puas dengan layernya yang menurutku kurang cantik. Kapan-kapan dicoba lagi, tapi ga tau kapan, karena serumah ga ada yang suka pastry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Topping dikasi topping pizza, gara-garanya baca di majalah, ada resto di Bogor yang bikin terobosan kuliner...hehehe. Makanan pizza, tapi kulitnya tdk pakai roti, tapi pakai puff pastry.  Kayaknya bisa dicontoh idenya. Kebayang renyah dan berlapis-lapisnya, bertabur topping pizza....keju berlumeran..hmmm... yummy!! Masukkan DCC, kocok rata. Tambahkan kuning telur. Kocok rata.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, dan BP sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Pulung adonan dan bentuk bulan sabit. Letakkan di loyang yang dioles margarin.Oven 20menit dengan suhu 160 degree Celcius. Ada foto Nofal ikut mengaduk juga.. :) Dia sempat tanya.. "Ibu, kuenya ini udah dicampur, trus boleh dimakan?" Aaaahh, jangan dimakan dulu, belum matang itu. "Oooo, masih dimasak dulu ya Bu, digoreng ya?" tanya Nofal.&lt;br /&gt;Dia pikir, oven itu seperti penggorengen, hehehe..&lt;br /&gt;Nofal bertanya lagi "Ibu, kalau kuenya sudah mateng, boleh dikasi coklat ngga?"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cling, saya sempat kepikiran juga, nanti atasnya saya kasih DCC cair aja, buat menyiasati supaya Nofal mau makan kue ini (Nofal kurang suka keju), jadi nanti kue bikinan Nofal boleh dikasih coklat leleh diatas cookiesnya.&lt;br /&gt;Nofal bikin bentuknya bulat kecil-kecil, bentuk cacing juga ada, bentuk seperti kue ultah (maksudnya bentuk bulat gepeng bertumpuk), bentuk bolapun juga dia buat. Terserah Nofal deh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setelah masuk oven, Nofal sudah nggak sabar bertanya-tanya terus, "Udah mateng Ibu?"&lt;br /&gt;Kukisnya matang dalam waktu kurleb 25 menit. Pertama buka dibuka setelah 15 menit, masih empuk, trus kukisnya saya balik, masuk oven lagi, timer ditambah 10 menit, dan hasilnya renyah abis. :) Ngga terlalu asin banget, dan bener2 kastengel yaaa..&lt;br /&gt;Dan ada beberapa kukisnya, yang akhirnya bener2 saya olesin coklat leleh...sesuai request Nofal. Bahan lainnya dah ada di rumah. Mulai kerjain pk.4, kelar semua pk. 7... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Ternyata bikin pie ini ngga susah seperti yang saya bayangin sebelumnya yaaa.. Saya pikir adonan saya bakalan gagal, karena cuma pakai pisau dapur waktu mencampur terigu, telur dan gula..
